Preschool Coordinator
Job Vision
The Preschool Coordinator is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Preschool environment (0-5 years) and Milestone Kids Check-In at the Argyle Campus. This role ensures a safe, fun, and spiritually enriching environment for children through adequate volunteer coverage and equipping, along with clear policies and procedures that ensure an excellent experience for both parents and children. The Coordinator is a key leader, building and equipping volunteer teams, cultivating meaningful parent connections, and delivering weekend experiences that kids love, parents trust, and volunteers are excited to serve in.
Core Responsibilities
Preschool & Check-In Weekend Ministry Execution
Create a welcoming, safe, and spiritually engaging experience for children during all weekend services.
Lead all preschool environments, ensuring excellence in ministry delivery, curriculum implementation, and team coordination.
Lead the Milestone Kids Check-In Team and deliver a welcoming and engaging check-in experience for families.
Collaborate weekly with the Broadcast Campus and the central Kids team to receive curriculum, graphics, service materials, and policies.
Foster strong relationships with families, particularly first-time guests, by providing excellent communication and follow-up.
Volunteer Leadership
Select, equip, coach, encourage, and empower team Leaders who can take the lead in critical first impression areas.
Build and maintain healthy volunteer teams to fully staff all Preschool and Check-In environments at each service.
Follow up with Growth Track attendees interested in serving and guide them through the onboarding process.
Manage weekly volunteer scheduling using Planning Center Online (PCO)
Special Events & Milestones

Coordinate and lead campus-specific events and milestones such as:
Baby Dedication
Mother’s Day
Promotion Weekend
Christmas & Easter Services
Vacation Bible School (VBS)
Childcare Execution
Oversee and provide childcare for qualified church-wide events as needed through scheduling with preferred paid sitter service.
Ensure the paid childcare team is providing the same level of excellence that families would receive on the weekend.

Administrative & Operational Duties
Ensure compliance with Milestone Kids policies, safety standards, and ministry procedures.
Maintain accurate records and processes using Rock RMS.
Manage the Preschool and Elementary budgets in collaboration with the Next Gen Director.
Coordinate supply inventory, ordering, and resource distribution to support weekend environments and special events.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and church management systems (e.g., Rock RMS).
Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team-based work.
Completion of Milestone Growth Track and active member
The physical demands will include: sitting, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 40 to 50 pounds as needed to fulfill job duties and requirements. This position is very physical.
