Marketing Manager
Job Vision
The Marketing Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Marketing and Communications by managing the team and overall strategy for internal and external marketing for Milestone Church. Working hand-in-hand with the Communications Director, Communications Team, Internal Departments, and external partners, the Marketing Manager creates and executes a strategic vision to drive brand growth.
Core Responsibilities
Traditional Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across direct mail, billboards, and magazines; manage vendor relationships, budgets, and performance reports.
Digital Marketing: Create and oversee multi-channel strategies for web, social ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and more; partner with leadership on budgets and special event promotions; monitor analytics and recommend improvements.
Social Media: Lead content strategy and volunteer teams; collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers; manage accounts for campuses, ministries, and leadership; track and report engagement and growth.
Photography: Schedule and manage media coverage for services and events; build contractor and volunteer photography teams; oversee gear rentals and budgets.
Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and coach staff and volunteers; set clear goals; ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

5+ years of experience creating and designing marketing materials in a related field.
A Bachelor's degree, certificate, or college coursework in a related field is a plus.
Strong portfolio illustrating a wide variety of design solutions and applications.
