GROWTH TRACK COORDINATOR

Job Vision

The Argyle Campus Growth Track Coordinator is responsible for the successful facilitation and execution of the Growth Track at Milestone Church's Argyle Campus. In this role, the Coordinator will collaborate with the Keller Campus leadership to ensure the execution of Discovery 101, Serve Team 201, and Values 301 in a way that connects guests to the church, equips them for service, and helps them grow spiritually. The Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Keller Campus and the Argyle Campus staff to execute the Growth Track process effectively.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Growth Track Classes: Oversee the execution of Discovery 101, Serve Team 201, and Values 301 at the Argyle Campus, ensuring each class runs smoothly. Manage the scheduling, invitations, preparation of materials, and coordination of events to create an excellent environment for all attendees.

  • Oversee The People Board: Create and oversee the Growth Track People Board for the Argyle Campus to better know each individual in the Growth Track and help them keep taking steps. 

  • Guest Experience: Work to ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged as they move through their Growth Track journey. Partner with the team to create an environment that reflects Milestone’s culture of hospitality and excellence.

  • Coordinate with Keller Campus: Work closely with the Keller Campus Growth Track leadership to ensure consistency in curriculum, materials, and processes.

  • Track Progress and Engagement: Monitor attendance and engagement in each Growth Track class, providing insights and feedback to campus leadership.

  • Administrative Oversight: Manage the Argyle Campus Growth Track schedule, materials, and budget. Ensure that all logistical aspects are organized, from class setup to class follow-up.

  • Super User of Rock RMS: Serve as the primary Rock RMS point of contact for the Argyle Campus Growth Track. Be highly proficient in the system, providing training and support for volunteers and staff, and ensuring all Growth Track-related data is correctly entered and utilized.

  • Build & Maintain Admin Data Entry Serve Team: Build and grow the data entry team who ensures all Connect Card data and Growth Track Registrations are entered into Rock on Monday mornings.

  • Ability to deal with change, delays and unexpected events.

  • Ability to write effective short correspondence, communicate by e-mail and comfortable communicating in-person or by phone with internal and external parties to resolve issues.

  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Ability to quickly learn and work in proprietary Church Management Software.

  • No prerequisite education or experience is required for this position. 

  • A combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
